COVID-19 vaccination drive has started in Kathmandu Valley from today. According to the health office, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Vero cell vaccines are given.
The AstraZeneca vaccine is being given to citizens above 18 years of age. The first and second doses of Vero cell and Johnson & Johnson vaccine are given at Police Hospital and Nepal Army Hospital for those going abroad. According to the health office, the first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine is being given at Radha Swami Isolation Center, Bir Hospital, Maternity Home, Teaching Hospital, Armed Police Hospital and Civil Hospital.
