Vehicles allowed to operate even after 8 pm

Some modalities have been changed in the injunction added till September 1. The meeting of the Chief District Officers of all the three districts has changed some modalities by deciding to extend the ban issued in the Kathmandu Valley.

Kathmandu Chief District Officer Kali Prasad Parajuli said that public and private vehicles will now be available after 8 pm. He said that the rule of not allowing public and private vehicles to operate after 8 pm has been removed for the time being even though the earlier order has been upheld.

According to the procedure of smart lockdown issued by CCMC, CDOs are currently enforcing the ban in the Kathmandu Valley.
