Booster dose vaccination program has been postponed in the Kathmandu district. Shambhu Kafle, head of the health office, said that the booster dose program has been stopped for the time being due to lack of vaccines.
"We did not have enough vaccine for booster doses. After sending two to three hundred to all the hospitals and vaccination centers, there are no vaccines left," said Kafle. So, now people who are taking a booster dose of VeroCell will have to wait due to lack of it. However, in the case of Covishield, a booster dose vaccination campaign is being conducted.
