Actor Paul Shah's rape case will be heard on January 17. Shah, accused of rape, is in custody in Tanahun Jail.
Actor Shah's Case is being investigated further by demanding the decision of the Nawalpur court.
A case was also registered against Shah in Nawalpur district court on the charge of child sexual abuse.
In that case, the district court of Nawalpur acquitted Shah on the charge of rape and sentenced him to two and a half years of imprisonment on the charge of child sexual abuse.
It is expected that the Tanahun court will also decide to acquit or impose a prison sentence.
