A case has been filed in the Kathmandu District Court against 1974 AD for not going to London to perform even after taking the money.
Naveen Gurung of Lalitpur, on behalf of HABA Movements Limited of the United Kingdom, has filed a case against 1974 AD and its manager Sanjay Shrestha demanding Rs 300,000.
It was agreed that the band would be perform and HABA Movements Limited would be the organizer of the musical program in London for one and a half to two hours.
As per the agreement, 10 percent of the money was paid. The case was filed by Gurung saying that the band did not show any interest in organizing the program and did not come to program on July 4.
