Among his competitors, Jamia Park was the finalist of the BBC Masterchef 2017 season, while the other two are Philly Armitage and Bart Dhan der Lee, the finalists of the 2020 season. Sah was the finalist of the 2020 season.
Different types of vegan food were presented in this competition. In the feast prepared by Sah, various Nepali dishes like green banana curry, rice, onion salad, lentil, lamb chutney, roasted jackfruit, malpuwa, buniya were prepared.
Last year, 32 contestants took part and he won second place in the BBC Masterchef The Professional 2020. He is the first Nepali to get this title.
