Celebrate the weekend with friends at home and impress them with your cocktail making skills. Follow bartender Amrit Tamang’s tips to make these cocktails at home. Let the fun begin.
First, add 60 ml whiskey, 30 ml lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of sugar syrup, and 1 egg white to the blender and blend it for 30 seconds. Again add 3 ice cubes and blend until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, straining it through a tea strainer. Lastly, garnish it with a mint leaf.
In a rocks glass add all the ingredients and muddle it with the back of a spatula. Lastly, put some ice to enjoy the drink.
