KATHMANDU: Indian actor Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, who is in Nepal to film his South Indian film Tyson Naidu, has appreciated the country and the people. In a brief interaction with the media at Chandragiri, Srinivas shared his deep appreciation for the warmth and hospitality he has received. “Although I always wanted to visit Nepal, this is my first trip, and the love I’ve experienced here is extraordinary. Since the movie’s story is connected to Nepal, we decided to shoot here, and this film will help connect Nepali actors with South Indian cinema,” he said.

Srinivas also highlighted that the film, which is action-packed, is being shot in various locations, including Kathmandu and Pokhara. He shared his excitement about exploring the Himalayas and visiting Pashupatinath before heading back home. “I would love to visit Everest, but for now, that’s not possible. The food here has truly impressed me,” he added.

Having started his career in 2014 with Alludu Seenu, Srinivas is now working on three films, including Tyson Naidu. Meanwhile, actor Kiran Shrestha, who plays a role as a Nepalese police officer in the film, shared that the experience of working in this film has been unique. While the shooting of Tyson Naidu has been ongoing for the past year in India, the story’s connection to Nepal brought the cast here for crucial scenes. However, details regarding their stay and activities in Nepal have not been shared by the production team.
