KATHMANDU: The highly anticipated film The Mahavir is ready to make waves in Nepali, Hindi, and English languages. The producers recently unveiled a thrilling theme poster, with the tagline “Rise, Fight, Win,” accompanied by a powerful battlefield image, hinting at a war-based setting in ancient times.

Directed by the renowned director J.B. Agri, The Mahavir will be a big multi-starrer with a star cast of top Nepali actors. Veteran music director Suresh Adhikari will be the executive producer, and filming will begin from Ashar 26 (July 10) outside Kathmandu. The film is expected to bring together both past and present Nepali superstars as the story demands.

With a script penned by Krishna Bk and Agri, the film is presented by Lakshara Films and produced by Krishna Bk, B.R. Reddy, and Santosh Luhar. Cinematographer Sarwan Risi and Dolby Atmos sound will enhance the cinematic experience.

Though the cast remains under wraps, rumors suggest that heavyweights like Rajesh Hamal, Bhuwan KC, Rekha Thapa, Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Anmol KC, and others might be part of the project, making this film one to watch out for!
