First poster of Guru Aama unveiled; Aims to inspire good parenting and responsible youth

KATHMANDU: The much-anticipated Nepali film ‘Guru Aama’  has unveiled its first poster, highlighting a pivotal moment leading up to its release.

The poster was revealed during a special event on Wednesday by the film’s producer and director, Prem Soni Sunar. The film features a stellar cast, including Mithila Sharma, Gauri Malla, Buddhi Tamang, Tika Sanu, Susma Thapa, Sushil Pokhrel, Dhruv Koirala, Uttam KC, and Giri Bahadur Pun, all delivering exceptional performances.

Director Sunar shared that the film is nearing its release and emphasized that Guru Aama will focus on the crucial relationship between teachers, students, and parents.

With its thought-provoking narrative, the film aims to inspire and shed light on the responsibilities of all of these groups and its impact in shaping the society.

The movie delves into the challenges of an adolescent phase, particularly the influence of bad company and how parents can play a vital role in rightly guiding their children.

According to Sunar, Guru Aama will highlight how young people can easily fall into destructive habits and the significant responsibility parents have in protecting their children’s futures.

He hopes the film will encourage viewers to reflect on the importance of positive influence and the role of parents in guiding their children’s choices.
