KATHMANDU: As the release dates of Basant and Karma are approaching, there has been a fierce competition between their songs. Basant’s song “Herda Aankhama” and Karma’s song “Pagal” are currently trending on YouTube, and “Herda Aankhama” is at position four and “Pagal” at position three in the music category.

Both the songs are gaining humongously and are about to occupy the top ranks on the trending chart. “Pagal,” a written, composed, and sung song by Sushant KC, features him as one of the lead singers, while “Herda Aankhama” is sung by Sugam Pokharel and Samiksha Adhikari, while music and lyrics are given by Prakash Saput.

Prakash Saput also directs Basant, featuring Saput himself along with Swastima Khadka and Khadga Bahadur Pun, whereas Karma, under the direction of Saurabh Chaudhary, features Bipin Karki, Upasana Singh Thakuri, and Mukun Bhushal in lead roles. The directors of both movies have also penned their own scripts, hence creating quite a buzz for the movies’ release
