KATHMANDU: Legend actor Rajesh Hamal is returning after an 8-years gap with the action film “Narsingha Avatar”. The movie, which was slated for release around New Year, will now be out on May 9.

At a press conference on Monday, the filmmakers revealed the new release date along with an exciting poster featuring Rajesh Hamal and fellow actor Raj Katwal in intense action-packed avatars. The poster showcases the two actors in dramatic and powerful roles, teasing a gripping tale of revenge and social drama.

Fans are thrilled to see Hamal back on the big screen after a long break. His last film appearance was in “Just For You,” and he has starred in an impressive 230 films throughout his career. This marks a special occasion, as after three decades, Hamal will share the screen with veteran actor Saroj Khanal in this film.

The movie also stars Niti Shah, Sanishtha Bhattarai, Arjun Shrestha, Deepa Shahi, Prashant Tamrakar, Neer Shah, Ramesh Chand Sodari, and Prakash Kunwar. Directed by Diwakar Bhattarai, the film is produced under the Creative Cine Arts banner by Narendra Maharjan, Dhruv Nyaupane, and Deepak Dhakal.
