Dor Bahadur Khapangi of Nepal has been named the world's shortest person by Guinness World Records. Khapangi, 2 feet 4.9 inches (73.43 meters) tall, was handed the certificate of Guinness World Records at a program held on Tuesday at the Tourism Board.
