Expedition Update: Safely Back at Base Camp

Senior tourism entrepreneur Lhakpa Sonam Sherpa has returned to the base camp after successfully climbing Mt.Everest

He returned to base camp this afternoon. Other members of the climbing team operated by Thamserku Expedition Pvt Ltd have also reached the base camp. He was welcomed at the base camp by various climbers and people associated with the climbing team. After the successful ascent of Mount Everest, Lhakpa Sonam Sherpa has completed his mission to climb the highest mountains of seven continents.

He is scheduled to return to Kathmandu tomorrow.
