Experts discuss timely development of Chure region

A national-level workshop was organized in Lalitpur today on the review and revision of Chure Tarai Madhes Conservation and Management Master Plan 2017. At the workshop organized by President Chure Tarai Madhes Conservation and Development Committee in Khumaltar, the concerned experts expressed their views on the importance of Chure Conservation Master Plan and various steps to be taken for it. The Chure region is spread over 37 districts of Nepal. The Chure area is considered sensitive due to natural and humanitarian reasons. The Tarai Madhes Conservation and Development Committee was formed eight years ago by declaring the Chure area an environmental protection zone with demarcation.
