Late Mr. Meen Bahadur Gurung who remained Nepal's first elected deputy defence minister in 2015 B.S. As the founder donor of this BISHWO SHANTI STUPA, he has also played vital role in the democratic movement of Nepal. For that he has been trailed many times as well as while constructing the STUPA.
