Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has reached India's capital New Delhi this afternoon to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Prime Minister Dahal was received at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi by a special representative of the Indian government OSD (ER & DPA) P. Kumaran.
Modi, the leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party , is scheduled to take oath as the Prime Minister of India this evening. After the swearing-in ceremony, a meeting between Prime Minister Dahal and his counterpart Modi is scheduled to take place this evening, according to the Nepali Embassy in New Delhi.
Prime Minister Dahal is accompanied by his personal secretary Ganga Dahal, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Padam Giri, Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal and other high-ranking government officials.
