A building for a communicable disease research center is being constructed at Tikapur in Kailali district. The center, which was started at a cost of Rs 40 million, is considered as a multi-year project, said Deepak Rawal, former chairman of the Tikapur Hospital Development Committee. . Stating that a budget of Rs. 160 million is required for this center, he said that it would also help in increasing the capacity of Tikapur Hospital.
