KATHMANDU: Leaders gathered at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas in Kathmandu on the occasion of Maghe Sankranti, where President Ram Chandra Poudel extended his best wishes to those in attendance.
A traditional feast featuring yams was served in celebration of the Maghi festival.
Among those present were Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister KP Oli, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, National Assembly Chairman Narayan Prasad Dahal, former Presidents Dr. Ram Baran Yadav and Bidya Devi Bhandari, former Prime Ministers Jhalanath Khanal and Madhav Nepal, as well as other prominent leaders.
