kATHMANDU: 'Greater Nepal' activist Phanindra Nepal has been taken into police control. Nepal was taken into police control from Shantinagar, Kathmandu on Thursday afternoon.
According to SP Nawaraj Adhikari of Kathmandu Police Range, Bhadrakali, Nepal was taken into control because he was preparing to show a black flag to Indian Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi. He highlighted that Nepal is presently under temporary hold.
Nepal has been arrested several times in the process. A few years ago, before Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to Nepal, the police arrested him outside his residence.
