Police have arrested 73-year-old Ray Si Jung, a South Korean National living in Chabahil on charges of fraud and cheating. As the director of the OK consultancy based in Chabahil in Kathmandu, Si Jung would promise hopefuls that entered his consultancy employment in South Korea on the basis of wielding training, dupe them for a large sum of money, and vanish.
