PARSA: President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, who is under investigation in the cooperative fraud case, has been brought to Parsa for a statement.
Lamichhane was brought to Parsa by air from Pokhara today for investigation in the case of fraud of the Sano Paila Cooperative in Birgunj. The police brought President Lamichhane from Pokhara Regional International Airport to Simara Airport via Tribhuvan International Airport today.
Parsa police brought Lamichhane from Simara in a vehicle to Parsa. On Mangsir 19, the Parsa District Court had issued an arrest warrant for 14 people, including President Lamichhane, in the Sano Paila Cooperative fraud case. Based on the arrest warrant, Lamichhane was brought to Parsa for further investigation.
Meanwhile, while bringing Lamichhane to Birgunj, RSP cadres had protested in Simara and Birgunj.
