In Bhaktapur, 189 thousand 584 eligible voters have reached the age of 18. A total of 189,584 voters including 92,265 male, 97,314 female and 5 transgender voters have reached Bhaktapur today, according to the District Election Office, Bhaktapur.
Bhim Bahadur VC, Information Officer of the office said that there are 27 thousand 656 males, 29 thousand 614 females, 57 thousand 270 males in Bhaktapur Municipality, 22 thousand 980 males in Suryavinayak Municipality, 24 thousand 385 females, 47 thousand 367 males in the third gender and 20 thousand 531 males in Madhyapurthimi Municipality. He said that a total of 41,842 voters including 21,308 women, three transgender people and 21,098 men and 22,007 women voters have reached Changunarayan Municipality.
Similarly, the Election Office has fixed a total of 77 polling stations and 219 polling booths in Bhaktapur. He informed that 16 polling stations and 62 polling booths have been fixed in Bhaktapur Municipality, 21 polling booths and 53 polling booths in Changunarayan Municipality, 23 polling booths and 58 polling booths in Suryabinayak Municipality and 17 polling booths and 46 polling booths in Madhyapurthimi Municipality.
