After the 6.6 magnitude earthquake in Doti, continuous aftershocks are occurring in the surrounding area.
According to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center, there were 300 aftershocks till 8 am on Thursday.
Rajesh Sharma, the assistant technician of the center informed that the last earthquake of magnitude 4.1 occurred at 5:13 this morning with its epicenter in Bajura.
The 6.6 magnitude earthquake occurred in Doti around 2:30 am on Wednesday morning causing human casualties. 6 people died when the house collapsed due to the earthquake.
