Nepali Congress spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat has said that the alliance could be won by the Congress. Speaking at a press conference organized by Press Union Bank in Nepalgunj today, he said that there was no possibility of an alliance as it would be easier to win the central election if the party won the local elections as much as possible.
"Let's start strengthening the party. We will do whatever it takes to get more seats," said spokesperson Mahat. Leader Mahat said that there is no denying the possibility of winning more seats in the election. Urging the party cadres to work hard with the aim of winning the election by fielding candidates who can increase the number of votes cast in the party, he said that the decision would be taken by the Nepali Congress on the basis of the proposal of the allied parties.
Spokesperson Mahat said that MCC was for the needs and development of Nepal and expressed confidence that the MCC project would help in the transmission of electricity and the expansion of roads in Nepal.
