Today's meeting of the House of Representatives has passed the Appropriation Bill, 2022 AD. The proposal to pass the Appropriation Bill, 2022 presented by Finance Minister Janardan Sharma was passed by the House of Representatives by a majority.
The main opposition party, the CPN-UML, had boycotted the meeting, accusing Finance Minister Janardan Sharma of involving unauthorized persons in the process of drafting the budget. Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota presented the Appropriation Bill for decision.
