Arjun Khadka, resident of Khadkatok, Dolakha Melung rural municipality, has been arrested by the police on charges of character assassination by using social media.
He used to get to know the victim woman on the social network Facebook and established a love relationship by chatting on messenger. At the same time, he made obscene photos and videos with physical relations. He was arrested by the Nepal Police Headquarters Cyber Bureau who sent the material to the victim's friend's Facebook messenger and caused unnecessary pain, harassment, character assassination, defamation and dishonor to the victim in the society.
