A person who is operating a call center illegally in Kathmandu has been arrested. Milan Thapa, aged 20, of Sindhupalchok, Bahrvise Municipality, who is illegally operating a call center in Panga area of Kirtipur municipality, has been arrested. He was arrested along with 3700 SIM cards of NCELL, 23 laptops and 27 citizenships of different people. The police said that the investigation is going on.
