CBS to unveil National Census preliminary report

The Central Bureau of Statistics has prepared the preliminary report of the National Census-2021 and it will soon be made public.

The Bureau under the National Planning Commission had conducted the first round of census from September 15 to October 4, 2021, while the second phase of the census was held from November 11-25, 2021.

According to Bureau's Director Dundiraj Lamichhane, the preliminary report of the decadal census would be virtually unveiled on January 26. The census is the first since the promulgation of new Constitution in 2015.
