Clouds and snowfall due to low pressure area

According to the Weather Forecast Division, the partial effect of the low pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea in Nepal has changed. Due to the effect of the seasonal system, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Far Western Provinces are currently experiencing partial to moderate cloud cover.

Kathmandu Valley has been cloudy since morning and it has become colder today. Although the temperature is stable, it has become a bit cold due to lack of sunshine. Today, the maximum temperature in Kathmandu is 22 degrees Celsius and the minimum is 9 degrees Celsius.

 According to the weather forecast for the next three days, there will be partial to moderate cloud cover in the lands of Province No. 1, Bagmati, Lumbini, Gandaki and Far Western Province this afternoon. Even during the night, there is partial to moderate cloud covering the sky in Province No. 1, Bagmati, Lumbini, Gandaki and Karnali.

On Friday, there will be partial to moderate cloud cover in the Far West, Karnali, Lumbini and Gandaki provinces, hilly areas of Bagmati Province and Province No. 1 and partial cloud cover in the rest of the region. There is a possibility of light snow in a few places in the high hills and mountains.

There will be partial to moderate change in Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Far Western Provinces on the same day. There is a possibility of light snow in some places in the Himalayan region of Gandaki and Karnali.
