Commerce Ministry forms Rapid Response Team

Authorities can be called for supply and delivery of medical goods, food items, basic necessities

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies (MoICS) has formed a Rapid Response Team to help in the management and delivery of essential goods and services during the 15-day prohibitory order that has been imposed by the government from today. The team consists of representatives of various concerned ministries.

According to the ministry, the team will cooperate and coordinate in facilitating the supply and delivery of medical goods, food items and other basic necessities. The ministry has made public a list of people who can be contacted if there is any problem in the supply, management and delivery of daily essentials during the prohibitory order.

The following are the authorities that can be contacted for various purposes:

1) For supply management
