To make sure that no outsider can enter or leave the settlement the District Administration Office has posted 22 police personnel in the settlement. The Rautes have been living on the banks of the Bheri River in Aanpsoti, Gurbhakot Municipality-11 of Surkhet.

sexually harassed surfaced. Two girls in Gurbhakot Municipality-9 in Surkhet district were sexually harassed after they were offered alcohol and became intoxicated.
