KATHMANDU: Nepal is currently experiencing the influence of westerly winds.

As of Monday morning, the weather in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces is partly cloudy.

Dense fog and mist are widespread across many parts of the Terai, affecting normal life in the Terai Madhes.

According to the Weather Forecasting Division, the rest of the country is seeing mostly clear skies. While the four provinces remain cloudy, no rain is expected today.

In its bulletin issued on Monday morning, the Division warned that fog and mist could impact various areas in the Terai and valley in the morning.

This may disrupt daily activities, agriculture, health, transportation, and air travel. The public has been advised to take necessary precautions.
