An earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale happened in the Khiratadi area of Bajhang district on Thursday. The National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, Lainchaur, said that the earthquake took place at 9:13 pm on Thursday.
Prior to this, a quake 4 in the Richter scale had occurred in the Mirsa area of Kaski district on July 19.
