Election Commission to conduct voter education program

The Election Commission is going to conduct voter education programs on Wednesday and Thursday

Voter education programs are being conducted to teach new voters how to cast their ballots.

The team distributing the voter identity card at polling stations is also teaching voters how to cast their votes on the sample ballot paper.

The silence period for the local level election has started from midnight on Tuesday. During this period, candidates, leaders and activists will not be allowed to solicit votes through any campaign or various means. The Election Commission has already deployed a monitoring team for this.
