The first meeting of the House of Representatives has started. In the meeting, senior member Pashupati Shamsher Jabara read out the letter received from the President's office regarding the convening of Parliament.
Similarly, the letter of the President's Office informing the Parliament about the appointment of the Prime Minister and the formation of the Council of Ministers was also read out.
Twelve political parties are represented in the newly elected House of Representatives.
Prime Minister Dahal will take the vote of confidence in Parliament tomorrow, Tuesday.
