Police arrested five persons involved in playing dice from Manthali Municipality-1. They were nabbed from Chandra Bahadur Majhi’s residence on Friday night.

One of the arrested has been identified as Chandra Bahadur Majhi (32), a local resident of Ghari Khahare in the same municipality.

Acting on a tip-off, Ramechhap-based District Police Office nabbed them. The police also seized Rs 192,900 from their possession.

Further investigation into the case is underway, informed the police.
