The government has urged people who want to be administered the COVID-19 vaccine to fill an online form. The Ministry of Health and Population has urged people who are interested in getting vaccinated against the coronavirus to fill the online form.
The ministry has said that the online form is open for people who are 18 years old and above and have not yet received any vaccination against COVID-19.
The Ministry of Health and Population has also mentioned that filling up the form will help the municipalities in the planning and management of vaccinations for those who have not received it yet. However, it has informed that filling up the form does not mean that a person will get the vaccination immediately.
