KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has indicated that local winds have a partial effect on the western and hilly areas of the country.
Currently, the weather is partly cloudy in the hilly regions of the Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, while the rest of the country is mostly clear.
This afternoon, the weather is expected to shift to partly to generally cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, with other areas remaining predominantly clear.
There is a possibility of light rain in one or two spots within the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, along with light snowfall in some of the higher hilly and mountainous areas.
Tonight, the weather is anticipated to be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, while the rest of the country stays mainly clear.
Light rain may occur in a couple of locations in the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
