Indian Embassy invites applications for scholarships

The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu has invited online applications from Nepali students to study undergraduate courses in Engineering (BE), Pharmacy (B Pharma), Agriculture (BSc – Agriculture), Food Technology (BSc – Food Technology), and BSc (Nursing) for the academic year 2021-22 on scholarship in India.

The embassy has said that the last date of submission of online applications is August 4. It has also mentioned preference will be accorded to candidates who have completed their school studies in Nepal.

According to the Indian Embassy, a qualifying Remote Proctored Test/Examination (Internet Based) to select candidates for these courses will tentatively be held in the fourth week of August. It has informed the admit cards of eligible candidates can be downloaded from the Indian Embassy’s website, www.indembkathmandu.gov.in, one week before the scheduled date of the examination.
