Kartik Naach is a traditional dance musical play that is performed in the month ofbKartik (October /November) in Nepal. It was started in 1641 AD by Nepali Malla King Siddhi Narsingh Malla. The play is performed in Kartik Dabali, Patan Durbar Square every year.
The traditional dance is usually presented with 17 tales of the Hindu god Vishnu.
