Kathmandu District Administration Office (DAO) has urged the government and non-government offices to hold meeting, seminar, training and workshops through a virtual medium.
The DAO issued a notice acting on the complaint that many offices have continued holding such programmes in the physical presence of participants against the order issued on Tuesday.
