Katuwa pistol recovered in Saptari

A pistol was recovered from Saptari today. Armed Police Superintendent of Armed Police Pradeep Khadka informed that the armed police recovered a katuwa pistol and one round of ammunition used in it from the Nepal-India border area in Rajgarh Rural Municipality-2 Banainiyan of Saptari.

Similarly, on Jestha 5, the armed police arrested 26-year-old Ranjit Mandal of the same place with an automatic pistol from the bank of Kosi river in Hanumannagar, Kankalini Nagarpalika-1 Bhardah of Saptari. The police has launched a special investigation campaign to ensure security.
