Landslide updates: Death toll rises to 121, 28 missing

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, 121 people have died in the disaster so far. According to the National Emergency Operation Center 28 people have gone missing so far due to the floods. A total of 44 people were injured and 179 houses were damaged, according to the center.

The incessant rains from October 18 to 23 have caused human casualties. The eastern and western regions of the nation were badly affected. 

According to the report,  63 people were killed and 19 went missing on October 20. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, 29 people were killed on October 21 and 13 on Oct 22. The ministry said that the search for the missing is still going on and emergency shelters are being managed.
