Police have arrested 35-year-old Ramroop Khang, a resident of Akbarpur, Mahadeva Rural Municipality of Saptari, on the charge of murdering his wife Parbati Devi Khang, 30 years old.
Parbati was seriously injured due to a domestic dispute between them.
Parbati, who was seriously injured, died during treatment at Chinmasta Hospital Rajbiraj.
Also, 61-year-old Samatolia Khang, the mother of Raparup, who was seriously injured while breaking up the fight, is being treated at the same hospital.
The police are investigating further in this regard.
