Nepal Police have arrested a person involved in the murder of Rabindra Kumar Malla. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the police has arrested Krishna Mijar, 36, of Mazheripatan, Pokhara Metropolitan City-14 today, on the charge of killing a person on the 5th of November, 2007.
Bureau spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Shyam Kumar Mahato said that Mijar, who was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by the Patan High Court, was arrested from Pokhara Metropolitan City-30 Powerhouse. The Patan High Court had sentenced Mijar to 10 years imprisonment in 2010. Spokesperson Mahato said that the arrested Mijar was produced before the district court in Kaski for execution of the verdict.
