Nepal Police have arrested a man while breaking into an ATM of NIC Asia Bank.
A police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Maligaun, arrested Akash Tamang, 21, of Kavrepalanchok, Dhulikhel Municipality-7, last night for breaking into the ATM of NIC Asia Bank at Sagarmatha Insurance Bhawan in Naxal Bhagwati Bahal of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-1.
The spokesperson of the Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Campus, Superintendent of Police Dinesh Raj Mainali said that the police team arrested Tamang after the security system of the bank rang an alarm while he was breaking into the ATM to steal cash. Police have also recovered two tools used to break into the ATM with the arrested Tamang.
