Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that ministers sitting in the Council of Ministers cannot oppose federalism and republicanism. Prime Minister Prachanda expressed this opinion while addressing the meeting of the National Assembly on Tuesday.
Prime Minister Prachanda said that a member of parliament had told him that a cabinet minister had said that federalism should be abolished. He said that his serious attention was drawn to it.
He said that all political parties and valid members have the right to speak outside the cabinet.
