Satish Chapagai from Palpa has been elected as the central member of the Democratic Party from District '7A' of Baltimore County, USA.
He got 4 thousand 344 votes and successfully became one of the central member of the ruling party.
After his win, he wrote on social media, "I have been saying many times during my journalism and social work career that 'we are not fleeing, we are expanding.'
