Police nabbed a youth from Kurile in Gurbhakot Municipality-3 with a 7-foot,6-inch-long leopard skin on Wednesday afternoon.
The arrestee has been identified as Birendra Kumar Khatri, a 36-year-old of Kurile in Garbhakot Municipality-9.
Security personnel deployed from Area Police Office, Chinchu, arrested Khatri in possession of the leopard skin during a routine vehicle check when he was travelling from Batochaur to Jajarkot on a motorcycle with vehicle registration number BH 4 PA 4887.
Further investigation is underway, the police said.
